Community Action Day is once again coming to a community near you! The 2019 Community Action Day event, hosted in collaboration with Ohio Christian University, will be held on Wednesday, October 9th, 2019 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. across Pickaway County.
What is Community Action Day?
Community Action Day is the United Way of Pickaway County's annual outreach initiative built upon the ideals of volunteerism and community impact. Embodied by the #LiveUnited movement, community members, businesses, and non-profits come together to rally around varying needs across our county. Our organization works with these groups to identify service projects and mobilize volunteers to leave a lasting impact and raise awareness for great initiatives in our neighborhoods.
